Cory Bridges
Cory Bridges was born in Clarksville, Arkansas where he resided until he graduated high school. He enlisted in the United States Army as an Infantryman when he was seventeen years old and deployed to Baghdad, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom after graduating high school.
After returning from deployment, Cory received his Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of the Ozarks. He then moved to Fort Smith and enrolled at the University of Arkansas School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate.
He has been practicing law for nearly a decade, beginning his professional career as a deputy prosecutor in Sebastian County, Arkansas. This is where Cory learned the necessary skills to successfully try numerous bench trials, jury trials, and felony hearings.
Cory has spent the majority of his career in private practice where he has assisted clients with all aspects of family law and criminal law. He has handled some of the most challenging family law and criminal law cases and does not shy away from trying complex cases, whether those cases are presented to a judge or jury.
His goal is to always be the most prepared attorney in the courtroom, and that mindset has served him well throughout his career. Cory is ready to assist clients with all misdemeanor and felony matters including juvenile criminal defense, divorce actions, custody issues, child support matters, adoptions, grandparents’ rights, DHS matters, and orders of protection.
He practices in Crawford County, Sebastian County, Franklin County, Johnson County, Logan County, Scott County, Pope County, and Polk County.
Cory is also the proud father of four children he shares with his wife, Lindsay. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, fishing, bow hunting, woodworking, and taking his children on adventures.
